Pumpkin Pie Protein Oats

62g Carbohydrates

Ingredients:


60g Quick Oats

180g (3/4 Cup) Canned Pumpkin

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein. 10% off code ZACHER)

1/4-1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (I use Penzeys)

3-4 seconds of Fat Free Reddi Whip

Optional: Stevia or any calorie free sweetener if you'd like more sweetness.


Directions:


1. Combine all ingredients other than Reddi Whip in bowl

2. Mix thoroughly

3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 1 hour

4. Top with fat free Reddi Whip :)
