"After finishing 2.5 years of chemo, I was the unhealthiest and weakest I had ever been. It had been two years since I finished treatment and I still I couldn’t find the motivation to get back to the old me or simply get healthy again. I finally found the courage to reach out to Harrison. I wasn’t looking for quick results. (Even though I lost 6% body fat in 12 weeks!!) I was looking for a long-term and sustainable solution. I wanted to burn fat, gain muscle, and become healthier, both mentally and physically.

Harrison developed a workout plan for me that was perfect for my fitness level. The workouts were challenging but they only made me more motivated to get stronger. Now I feel like I have more direction and purpose at the gym rather than wandering around aimlessly like I used to. I even find myself looking forward to gym time! My favorite part about online coaching is that it’s all on my own time. I don’t have to meet up with a trainer at a gym at a certain time each day. It’s teaching me how to self-motivate, even though Harrison is always there to cheer me on or encourage me when I need it! I also love the weekly check in’s because they hold me accountable.

Harrison helped me to develop a healthier relationship with food. I never feel deprived and no longer feel guilty when I eat the foods I love. He is so encouraging when it comes to social events, eating out, and having some drinks. He helps you learn how to incorporate your favorite meals while still getting great results! This program is definitely for you if you are wanting to learn how to balance nutrition and fitness while maintaining a fun social life! I’m so excited to start another 12 weeks with Harrison!"

"Harrison is the man! He and I have gone through the last 12 weeks being extremely flexible with each other. I am constantly on the road and I have previous shoulder injuries. Harrison was able to come up with some exercises that I could do while being on the road and still make gains, meanwhile if a particular exercise was hurting my shoulder, he would find another suitable option. "I just want to thank you for being the best coach I’ve ever had! Yesterday I did not eat well and typically that would spiral down into eating bad for weeks on end after that. I’ve never stayed this consistent when I’ve gotten back into working out after awhile of not. Although I haven’t necessarily kept on track with the workouts on the app, I still find myself wanting to just go for a run, walk, rollerblade, or even just running around the house outside with my dogs, instead of going to the gym. All in all that’s a win for me, I now know that that is still burning calories even though I’m not lifting anything or sweating profusely. Today was supposed to be my rest day and I’m back feeling motivated to have a better day all while crushing a mile time I didn’t even have as a goal to begin with! "For the past 12 weeks I have been working with Harrison, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him! I have tried multiple fad/restrictive diets in the past and I felt like I was constantly yo-yo’ing. Lose weight, gain weight, lose weight and the cycle continues.
