40g Quick Oats
1/2 Cup Fat Free Fairlife Milk
1 Scoop Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein. 10% off code ZACHER)
50g Sliced Apple
10g Nature Valley Granola Crunch
1. Combine Oats, Protein Powder, and milk in bowl. Put in fridge before going to bed.
2. Upon waking, add water if you like a runnier oatmeal and then top with the cinnamon, apples, and granola.
