Ingredients:


100 Calorie English Muffin

1 Large Egg

1 Slice Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon (Found at Walmart)

1 Slice Velveeta


Directions:


1. Toast the English muffin


2. Lightly spray pan with cooking spray and cook egg to your liking. Heat up the Canadian bacon if that's what you prefer. Melt the cheese on your egg.


3. Stack everything up and enjoy.


Can make it even less calories by using egg whites. Make sure to have some fruit and/or veggies on the side :)
