8oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
15g Quick Oats
10g Chopped Fresh White Onion
2tbsp G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce (can substitute ketchup)
3g Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
1tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all of the ingredients together other than the bbq sauce.
3. Form into a ball, place on a small pan, and cover with foil (I used a 9x9 glass pan for 4 meatballs). Bake for 40 minutes.
4. Remove foil and top with the bbq sauce. Bake for an additional 20 minutes uncovered.
