Baked Oats - Strawberry Cream

Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

1.5 Cups (120g) Oats

30g Coconut Flour (Can use any flour)

1 Large Egg White

100g Diced Strawberries

1/2 Cup Fat Free Fairlife Milk

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein)

1 tsp Baking Powder

14g White Baking Morsels


1. In a large bowl, mix oats, coconut flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Add in egg white, ~30g of the strawberries and Fairlife. Mix.

2. Preheat oven to 350F

3. Spray 8-9 inch round pan with non-stick spray. Pour in the batter and bake for for 15-20 minutes.

4. Top with the white chocolate morsels and bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.

5. Top with the remaining strawberries.
