Macronutrients (per serving):
Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
1.5 Cups (120g) Oats
3 tbsp (21g) Coconut Flour (Can use any flour)
3 Large Egg Whites
150g Diced Apple
20g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/2 Cup Fat Free Fairlife Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein)
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Powder
10g Brown Sugar
1. In a large bowl, mix oats, coconut flour, cinnamon, protein powder, stevia, and baking powder. Add in egg whites, apple, milk, and unsweetened apple sauce. Mix.
2. Preheat oven to 350F
3. Spray 8-9 inch round pan with non-stick spray. Pour in the batter and bake for for 15-20 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the brown sugar across the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
