Cinnamon Blueberry Overnight Oats

35g Protein

50g Carbohydrates

12g Fat


40g quick oats

100g frozen blueberries

15g chia seeds

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (can substitute any milk but adjust macros)



1. Combine all ingredients in bowl

2. Mix thoroughly

3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 1 hour

4. Add water until desired consistency
