Ingredients:
1.5lbs 93/7 Ground Beef
60g Quick Oats
250g Tomato Sauce
1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup Chopped White Onion
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. The press into an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
2. Bake for 1 hour. Shouldn't be any pink in the middle.
3. Let sit for 5 minutes and distribute in 6 meal prep containers.
