Denver Egg Bake

Ingredients (For 6 Servings):

12 Large Egg Whites

2 Large Eggs

6oz Diced Cooked Ham

50g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

100g Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Diced White Onion (your preferred amount)

Diced Tomato (your preferred amount)


1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly spray a 13x9 pan and place the ham, onion, and tomato in the bottom. Bake for 8 minutes. Stir together the egg whites, eggs, and greek yogurt until mixed evenly.

2. Remove pan from oven and add the egg mixture in the pan on top of the ham, onion, and tomato.

3. Bake 30 Minutes, top with cheese, bake additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
