6oz Raw Chicken Breast

1tbsp (14g) Avocado Oil Mayo

28g Shredded Parmesan Cheese

5g Minced Garlic

Salt & Pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

2. Mix mayo, parmesan, and garlic.

3. Place chicken breast in a baking dish and spread the mixture from the previous step across the top.

4. Bake for 45-60 minutes (should be done once it becomes golden brown)
