Black Bean & Corn Salad

Ingredients (makes 6 servings):


12oz Bag Frozen Sweet Corn

2 15.25oz Cans Black Beans

1/2 Cup Red Onion

Fresh Cilantro (your preference)

Couple tbsp Lime Juice (your preference)

1tbsp Hot Sauce (Cholula is my preference)

1/2 tbsp Paprika

1/4 tbsp Cumin

1/4tbsp Garlic Powder

Salt to taste


Directions:


1. Mix all ingredients together. SIMPLE.


2. Mix with a burrito bowl or eat it on the side of any protein source.
