Macronutrients (per serving):
Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
1.5 Cups (120g) Oats
3 tbsp (21g) Coconut Flour (Can use any flour)
3 Large Egg Whites
3 tbsp (48g) Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Fat Free Fairlife Milk
4 tbsp (24g) Powdered Peanut Butter
2/3 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein)
1 tbsp (14g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Baking Powder
1. In a large bowl, mix oats, coconut flour, powdered peanut butter, Annex protein powder, stevia, and baking powder. Add in egg whites, Fairlife, and 1tbsp (16g) of the peanut butter. Mix.
2. Preheat oven to 350F
3. Spray 8-9 inch round pan with non-stick spray. Pour in the batter and top with the chocolate chips. Bake for for 12-15 minutes.
4. Melt the last 2tbsp of Peanut Butter (32g) in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and drizzle/spread across the top.
