Ingredients (Makes 5 servings):
Steak
2.5lb Raw Top Sirloin
1/4 Cup (60g) G Hughes Sugar Free Teriyaki Marinade
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (60g)
2tbsp (30g) Liquid Smoke. I used hickory (optional)
1tbsp (15g) Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garlic Mashed
2.5lb Red Skin Potatoes
1tbsp (15g) Minced Garlic
150g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parsley (optional garnish)
Directions:
Steak
1. In a gallon size Ziploc bag add in all of the steak ingredients and let marinade for at least 4 hours, but it would be best if you could overnight.
2. Cook to your liking. I recommend using these guidelines.
Potatoes
1. Slice the potatoes into fourths. Fill a pot with water and add the potatoes. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
3. Drain water, return to pot, and mash potatoes while adding the remaining potato ingredients.
Disperse evenly to 5 meal prep containers and be sure to serve with a veggie on the side and track it in MyFitnessPal! I went with my Honey Roasted Brussel Sprouts!
