Macronutrients (Per Slice):
Ingredients (Makes 8 Slices):
375g Fat Free Cream Cheese
225g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
20 Oreo Thins
60g Liquid Egg Whites
3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein)
1. Preheat oven to 325F
2. In a small blender, mix all of the ingredients together other than the Oreos and mix until a consistent texture.
3. Lightly spray an 8-9 inch round pan and place 16 of the Oreo thins in the bottom for the crust and evenly top with the mixture made in the previous step.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is no longer runny. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
