Macronutrients (per meatball):
Ingredients (makes 16 meatballs):
2lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
3/4 Cup (135g) Rice (I use basmati)
1/4 Chopped Fresh White Onion
2tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
2tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1tbsp Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all of the ingredients together.
3. Form into 16 even sized meatballs, place on a pan and cover with foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
4. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
