4oz Chicken Breast
60g Red Grapes
1 Stalk Celery
30g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
8g Dijon Mustard
30g Olive Oil Mayo
1tsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Grill chicken breast on a medium high heat until cooked all the way through. Slice and let cool.
2. Chop up the pecans, slice the grapes and celery. Mix together all of the ingredients and you have yourself a meal!
To prep 6 meals, grill 1.5lbs chicken breast and use 6 times the amount of every other ingredient.
