6oz Raw Chicken Breast (~4.5oz grilled)
3 Cups Romaine Lettuce
1/5 Medium Sized Cucumber
5 Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Cup (28g) Fat Free Feta Cheese (can use full fat, but be sure to account for it in the macros)
Red Onion (Optional and not included in the macros)
1/2 tbsp (7g) Olive Oil
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp (2-3g) Minced Garlic
Dried Oregano (I eyeballed it)
Salt & Pepper to taste
