4oz Raw Chicken Breast
40g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
28g Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 Joeseph's Lavash Bread
4 Cherry Tomatoes
10g Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
Handful of Spinach
1. Grill chicken breast on medium high heat until cooked thoroughly but don't cook it too long to where it gets dried out.
2. While the chicken is cooling, blend the yogurt, cream cheese, chipotle pepper, and ranch seasoning in a food processor or blender. Spread this sauce evenly across the lavash.
3. Add the chicken breast, spinach, and tomatoes on top and roll the wrap up. Cut it in half and you are ready to eat!
