Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit Bake

300 Calories

23g Protein

21g Carbohydrates

Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

Half Tube of Jennie-O Turkey Sausage

1 Mini Tube of 5 Flaky Biscuits

112g (1 1/3 Cup) Reduced Fat Fiesta Blend Cheese

200g Liquid Egg Whites or 6 Large Egg Whites

1 Cup Broccoli Florets


1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. On the stovetop, brown the turkey sausage and drain the majority of the excess fat.

3. Lightly spray a 9x9 pan and press down the biscuits in the bottom to make an even layer across. Bake for 5 minutes.

4. Top with the turkey sausage, egg whites, and broccoli. Bake until eggs aren't runny. Top with cheese and bake until melted.
