Macronutrients (Per Serving):
Ingredients (Makes 6 Servings):
~455g Can of Chickpeas
4tbsp Nut Butter (I use Sam's Choice Vanilla Almond Butter)
30g Sugar Free Syrup
2 Scoops Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein. 10% off code ZACHER)
3-5g Zero Calorie Sweetener (Stevia)
Optional Chocolate Chips (Not calculated in macros)
1. Drain the water from the can of chickpeas.
2. Add all of the ingredients in a food processor and mix until it's a consistent cookie dough texture. Add in water or a splash of skim milk if it's too thick.
3. Spread on top of rice cakes, scoop with pretzels, or simply eat spoonfuls!
