Macronutrients (Per Serving):
Ingredients (Makes 5 Servings):
16oz Can of Chickpeas
4tbsp (64g) Nut Butter (I use Sam's Choice Vanilla Almond Butter)
50g Sugar Free Maple Syrup
2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein)
Optional Chocolate Chips (Not calculated in macros)
1. Drain the water from the can of chickpeas.
2. Add all of the ingredients in a food processor and mix until it's a consistent cookie dough texture. Add in water or a splash of skim milk if it's too thick.
3. Spread on top of rice cakes, scoop with pretzels, or simply eat spoonfuls!
