Macronutrients (1 kabob):
Ingredients (4 kabobs):
2lb Raw Chicken Breast
3 Bell Peppers (any color)
1 Large Onion (white, red, or yellow)
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
8 tbsp G Hughes Sugar Free Orange Ginger Marinade
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Cut up the chicken breast into cubes and marinade overnight in soy sauce and the garlic.
2. Slice up the onion and peppers into ~2" squares. Form the kabobs by distributing the chicken breast, peppers, and onions evenly to each kabob.
3. Grill until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Plate or store each kabob separately with 2tbsp of G Hughes Sugar Free Orange Ginger Marinade with each.
