Macronutrients (per slice):
Ingredients (makes 10 slices):
2 Cups (160g) Quick Oats
2 Bananas (~270g peeled)
2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein)
100g Light & Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt
60g All Purpose Flour
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, all purpose flour, stevia, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
3. In a separate bowl, mash up bananas then mix in the eggs and greek yogurt. Add to the dry ingredient bowl and stir until consistent texture. (For a little extra goodness add in some semi sweet chocolate chips! Be sure to add them to the macros.)
3. Lightly spray 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick spray and add in the batter. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
