Macronutrients per 1/3 batch (doesn't include bun):
Ingredients (makes 3 sloppy joes):
1lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
1/3 Chopped Fresh White Onion
6tbsp (~100g) Ketchup (can use reduced sugar)
1.5tsp (8g) Yellow Mustard (adding more won't change calories/macros)
4tsp (16g) Swerve Calorie Free Brown Sugar (adding more won't change calories/macros)
1tbsp Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Brown the hamburger along with the white onion and garlic.
2. Once browned, mix in the ketchup, mustard, Swerve, and salt & pepper. Feel free to adjust the amounts of mustard and Swerve since they are calorie free! Make it your own.
3. Simmer until it thickens up and put it on your favorite bun!
