Honey Bacon Chicken

Ingredients (makes 3 servings):

1lb 2oz Raw Chicken Breast

4 Slice Thick Cut Hormel Bacon (60g)

50g Honey

8g Minced Garlic

Salt & Pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

2. Bake chicken breast for 40 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Slice it into smaller pieces

3. Chop up the bacon into small pieces and fry on the stovetop until it reaches your preferred texture (crispy for me). Drain the majority of the fat.

4. Add the chicken breast, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to the pan with the bacon and cook until the honey and bacon fat is absorbed. Separate into 3 separate meal prep containers.
