5oz Cooked Chicken Breast
80g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
56g 2% Mozzarella
1 Joeseph's Lavash Bread
1-2 tbsp Frank's Wing Sauce
3-4 Leafs Romaine Lettuce
1. Grill chicken breast on medium high heat until cooked thoroughly but don't cook it too long to where it gets dried out.
2. While the chicken is cooling, mix the yogurt and add Frank's wing sauce together until a creamy buffalo flavor is achieved.
3. Add the chicken breast to the sauce and mix until evenly distributed.
4. Lay out the lavash and spread 3-4 leaves of romaine lettuce or until entire lavash is covered. Spread out the chicken, mozzarella, and diced tomato evenly across the lavash and roll it up!
