Ingredients (Makes 6 Servings):


8 Cups Fresh Broccoli

1/3 Cup Red Onion

1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds (30g)

170g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

4tbsp Olive Oil Mayo (60g)

2-3tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 Cup Stevia (zero calorie sweetener)


Directions:


1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Optional ingredients not included in the nutrition include bacon bits and dried cranberries.


2. Refrigerate.
