Hi, I’m Madi! I started the Happy & Healthy program with the intention of providing people with the tools and strategies that focus on deep health to increase overall enjoyment of life by feeling better and in control of their health. Whether that is a negative relationship with nutrition and myself, overexercising to burn calories or gut and hormone imbalances - I’ve personally been through it all and have developed knowledge along the way.

 

Through years of yoyo dieting, overexercising and undereating, binge eating and drinking, restrictive bodybuilding prep, and irregular gut and hormone issues, I have finally learned how to find balance between health and life. After dealing with chronic bloating, fatigue, stomach issues, imbalances coming off the pill, and ovarian cysts rupturing, I was diagnosed with IBS and PCOS while also grieving the loss of my mother. I learned how to regulate my body and calm my nervous system when chronically stressed. Overtime, I’ve healed my negative relationship with food and my body image while also healing myself from the inside out. Going through so many different experiences made me extremely passionate to help others do the same. 

 

Gut/hormone health, negative food relationships, and unsustainable health strategies are severely under-discussed and I want to bring awareness to it. I was never educated on how to track my cycle or what happens to your body during the different phases, what happens to my body when I go on and off birth control, or what food is actually good for me in today’s world. I have learned every system in our body is connected and it’s important to understand how all aspects of your life relate to one another. Through my own experience, I have learned how to incorporate daily habits and routines into my life that help me be fulfilled and live a balanced lifestyle without having to restrict myself from anything that I enjoy.

 

My ultimate goal is to help you reach your highest potential, be your accountability buddy, navigate how to prioritize with your deep health, and take control of your life to be your happiest self possible. My mission is to help you learn how to incorporate health into your current lifestyle rather than change your life to fit your health goals to truly live your life to the fullest.
