Ingredients:
5oz Sliced Apple
1tsp Brown Sugar (8g)
5g Butter
1/2 - 1tbsp Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a frying pan on a medium heat
2. Add in apples and top with cinnamon and brown sugar
3. Simmer on low until gooey sauce or cooked to your liking. Shorter cook time will keep the apples more firm.
