My name is Harrison Zacher and I love helping men and women lose fat, build muscle, and live a balanced lifestyle.
My running journey began in 2019 when I ran my first half marathon, hitting a wall with cramps and dehydration by the ninth mile. Nine months later I ran my first 50k and struggled with hitting the same wall. These experiences motivated me to begin studying how to fuel the body and optimize running with weight training, eventually obtaining my coaching certification.
Since then, I've been putting this new knowledge to use, completing multiple races, including faster half marathons and a 56 mile ultramarathon. These races went a lot smoother and gave me the confidence to begin coaching others.
I've now worked with many individuals to simply get started, hit personal records, take on a new mileages, or to become stronger runners.

Personalized training program ($599 value) tailored 100% to your goals, schedule, equipment, and experience. Broken down into three 4 week phases to keep training fun and to prevent a plateau. Adjustments will be made throughout the process.
