1/2 Cup Red Onion
Fresh Cilantro (your preference)
Couple tbsp Lime Juice (your preference)
1tbsp Hot Sauce (Cholula is my preference)
1/2 tbsp Paprika
1/4 tbsp Cumin
1/4tbsp Garlic Powder
Salt to taste
1. Mix all ingredients together. SIMPLE.
