Macronutrients (per serving):
Ingredients (makes 5 servings):
2lb 93% Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
1lb 9oz Red Skin Potatoes
2 12oz Bags Frozen Peas & Carrots
1 10.5oz Can Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
1. Brown the Beef or Turkey in a pan or crockpot.
2. Chop up the potatoes into cubes and add all ingredient into a crockpot. Turn it on the low setting and let cook for 2 hours or until the potatoes are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Separate into 5 containers
