40g Off the Eaten Path Sweet Potato Chips (Walmart)
2oz Cooked Chicken Breast
25g Canned Black Beans
40g 2% Mozzarella
40g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1. Lay down half of the chips and top with half of your chicken, black beans, and mozzarella.
2. Make an additional layer on top of that with the remains.
3. Microwave for 45 seconds.
4. Top with greek yogurt, sriracha, and a few scallions.
