Macronutrients (per cookie):
Ingredients (makes 8 cookies):
1.5 Cups (120g) Oats
4 tbsp (64g) Natural Peanut Butter
5 Large Egg Whites
1 Banana (Mine was 90g peeled)
3 tbsp (39g) Mini Baking M&Ms
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Scoop Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein. 10% off code ZACHER)
8 tbsp (48g) Peanut Powder (Crazy Richards or PB2)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1. In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, peanut powder, and baking powder. Stir. Add in egg whites, peanut butter, egg whites, banana, vanilla, and honey. Mix and add in 2 tbsp of the M&Ms during the process.
2. Preheat oven to 350F
3. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and make 8 evenly sized cookies and top them with the remaining tbsp of M&Ms. Bake for 10-12 minutes. DO NOT overcook. They won't look done when they actually are.
