Protein Blueberry Muffins

153 Calories

17g Protein

18g Carbohydrates

3g Fat


Ingredients (makes 4 muffins):


60g Quick Oats

20g All Purpose Flour

1 Large Egg

50g Fresh Blueberries

50g Fat Free Cream Cheese

50g Light & Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1 Scoop Blueberry Muffin Protein (I use BPN Protein. 10% off code ZACHER)

5g Stevia

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

1/2tsp Baking Soda


Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350F


2. In a large bowl, mix oats, all purpose flour, protein powder, stevia, baking soda, baking powder.


3. Blend together cream cheese, and yogurt until mixed thoroughly and runny. Add to the large bowl of dry ingredients along with the egg. Stir.


3. Lightly spray a muffin tin and distribute the batter between 4 of the openings. Bake for 12 minutes.
