Macronutrients (per serving):
Ingredients (makes 5 servings):
2lb Russet Potatoes
125g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
12g Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
1tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
1. Fill pot with water and potatoes and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 20-25 minutes
3. Drain water, return to pot, and mash potatoes while adding the remaining ingredients.
