BBQ Chicken Flatbread

90g 2% Mozzarella

1 Josephs Flaxseed Lavash

30g G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

20g Any Normal BBQ Sauce (I used Hunt's Original)

Red Onion (your preferred amount)

Fresh Cilantro (your preferred amount)


1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Grill or cook the chicken on the stovetop until thoroughly cooked. Once oven is preheated, bake the lavash for 5 minutes or until crisp but not brown. Remove.

2. Top the lavash with the sugar free bbq sauce, chicken, mozzarella, and red onion. Place back into oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Garnish with cilantro
